Build your
vault

In twelve modules you build one system that holds everything you know, pulls up anything in a second, and works in the background while you sleep. It runs on plain files you own, with AI driving them. No technical background.

A good idea hits you mid-drive. By the time you arrive, it's gone.

Your information lives in ten places at once: in chats, in email, in notes, in your head. You know you saw it somewhere, but where? You solve the same problem twice, because you forgot you already solved it once.

This isn't messiness. It's that you don't have a system. Folders are not a system. A pile of notes is not a system. A system is something that works for you, even when you're not touching it.

What it actually is

The idea is simple: your brain is great at thinking, and bad at storage

So you give it a partner. A system that holds everything you know, and AI that can read it and act on it for you. It is built in three layers.

First layer

Knowledge you write

Everything that matters to you, in one organized place you can pull from in a second.

Second layer

Data that pulls itself in

Calendar, finances, email. The system always works on the latest information, with no manual updates.

Third layer

Actions that run on their own

Tasks that run in the background while you sleep, and leave you a report in the morning.

What makes this different

You walk out with a working system in hand

Not a notebook full of theory. Not knowledge you'll apply someday. A real system that already runs, built around you, speaking in your voice.

Each module builds one real piece. Between modules, you build on your own system. By the end, it is already alive.

The path

Twelve modules, twelve real components

Work at your own pace. Each module adds a living part to your system.

01

Why a system, not more folders

The three layers, and choosing a base of files you own.

02

The identity document

Who you are, how you speak, what is off-limits. The base everything else rests on.

03

Routing rules

So the system knows exactly where to go for each question, without loading everything every time.

04

Breaking things into pieces

A giant document becomes small files with a summary and links.

05

Lasting memory

The system remembers preferences, decisions, and lessons, from the moment they are set.

06

Live data

Calendar, finances, and email update themselves every morning.

07

Skills

A repeating action gets packaged as a recipe, with an "ask before you act" gate.

08

Automations that run on their own

Background work while you sleep, with a trace and a report for every run.

09

The dashboard

One control center that shows what ran, what worked, and what failed.

10

Review and verification

A check and cross-reference against a source of truth before anything goes out.

11

Entry points

Talk to your system from your computer, your phone, and WhatsApp.

12

Backup, recovery, and finish

So it all survives even if your computer dies. Final project: your system, end to end.

Who it is for

This isn't a course for one field. It's a method

Creators, freelancers, knowledge workers, anyone who handles a lot of information and is a little tired of chasing it.

It's for you if

  • You have a lot of information, ideas, and projects scattered everywhere.
  • You're tired of searching for things you know you saved.
  • You want a system you own, not another paid app.
  • You're willing to get your hands a little dirty, even with no technical background.

It's less for you if

  • You're looking for a magic button that does everything without you touching it.
  • You want theory to read, not a system to build.
  • You're not willing to put in an hour or two between modules.

Who teaches

Hagai Davidoff

I'm a creator and an educator, and for years I ran a business with a lot of moving parts. At some point my brain stopped holding it all, so I built myself a system.

Today it runs almost everything for me: it remembers, organizes, pulls data, and runs whole tasks on its own. I've taught thousands of students for years, and this is what I'm going to teach you: to build that same system, from scratch, around your own life.

Questions

What everyone asks

Do I need a technical background?

No. This course isn't technical at its core. If you can open a file and write in it, you're in. The parts that look complex get broken down into simple steps.

What software does it run on?

Plain text files you own, and AI that runs them. We don't lock you into one expensive tool. The method is bigger than the tool, and it stays with you even when the tools change.

Is it live or self-paced?

Self-paced. Twelve recorded modules with lifetime access. You go at your own speed, and set aside an hour or two between modules to build on your own system.

Is this a course about Notion or Obsidian?

No. Those are tools, and you can pick your own. We learn the method above the tool, the one that stays right even as technology changes.

Is it for a business, a freelancer, or an individual?

All three. The same method works whether you run a business, work for yourself, or just have a lot of information to manage.

The system you didn't build is a system that doesn't exist
